Registration and operation of
businesses in the Republic
of Moldova is regulated
by the laws "On state registration of legal persons and individual
entrepreneurs" (no. 220-XV of 19.10.2007) and "On limited liability
companies" (no. 135 - XVI of 14.06.2007).
To register a limited liability company with foreign capital
is necessary conditions and the following documents:
1. The application for registration, the model approved by
the state registration body; 2. Decision of founders on the establishment of the
firm, in duplicate;
3. The document confirming payment of registration fee (fee
is 250 MDL);
4. Extract from the national registry in the country of
residence of the investor;
5. Limit of maximum partners is 50 members;
6. Criminal record of individual foreign manager,
issued by the competent body in his country of residence and the Republic of
Moldova;
By submitting documents for registration, shall be
deposited in the bank to fund the amount (minimum amount is 5 400 MDL).
Deadline for registration is 5 days from the date of
filing of documents at the State Registration Chamber.
For registration by an attorney representative
is required the power of attorney from the founder (individual or legal
person).
